E & ICT is an Initiative of Government of India (Digital India and Make in India), is a not for profit autonomous organization at IIT Kanpur, focusing on improving the quality of education of institutions in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Delhi & Chandigarh. The Academy offers training programs on fundamental and advanced topics in IT, Electronics and Communication and Product Design and Manufacturing with hands on training and project work using latest software tools and systems. The unprecedented growth of colleges in the country in the past three decades has led to a shortage of skilled and well-trained faculty members and has created a quality environment for education. ICT Academy pursues the Skill Development Program for faculty as its primary goal. It will conduct short term courses on Big data & Hadoop, Mobile computing, Python, C programming, S/W engineering. |
